I believe that having a true passion in something will always lead to new knowledge learned.
There is no way I would stop until I've uncovered anything and everything related to that object of obsession, and I always learn something useful during the process of, well, cyber-stalking.
That piece of knowledge always comes in handy in unexpected times.
Like what Neil Gaiman wrote:
There is no wrong way to reach something.
There is no wrong path to a place you need to visit.
I find it comforting to think that while I am procrastinating, doing stuff that I enjoy and pushing back stuff I really, really should do to fulfil my responsibilities,
in fact I am keeping little pieces of threads that will eventually lead me to a place where I really should be.
I am just be lying to myself, I may be in where I am now 10 years onwards, brooding and dwelling in self-pity, but at least for now I feel strangely fulfilled.
