Benjamin Button

Cate Blanchett must be a goddess in one of her previous lifetimes, and Brad Pitt can look so freaking beautiful when he wants to.
I cried rather badly mainly during the scenes of Benjamin and his mum, as well as most scenes with Daisy.
I love Tilda Swinton and I always thought she and Cate Blanchett has some similarities that I can't put my finger on.
Somehow I had read somewhere that she's gonna be in the film too, but I conveniently forgot all about it until she came on screen, and it became a very pleasant surprise.
Somehow I forgot Brad Pitt's daughter was the baby in this film as well until after the movie.
Anyhow, I like this movie although it's pretty detached from the audience, there's bits of laughters and lots of tears, but sometimes it seems a little too preachy to me, and the message doesnt really got across.
There's some nice quotes in this show but they're so cliche even a quote fanatic like me didn't bother to remember them.

I love Cate Blanchett sooooo much, she is absofreakinglutely luminous. The gods must be biased when they created her.

Pretty distracted all night, but I did manage to focus while watching the movie and somehow I cried so much it's weird, especially in front of people you don't know so well, but oh heck, maybe because the movie is so long there's just plenty of reasons to cry for. Maybe I needed to moisturise my eyes because I seldom cry for reasons related to real life,
Strangely though, I always feel the need to cry during movies and while reading books when I'm touched, it's my way of showing my appreciation.

Just to be fair to hobbits and my love for middle earth, hobbits have big feet with thick soles.
