University

Why is it that an University is called University?

I guess this is because when you get in, you realise you're really just this insignificant thingy in a huge, unfamiliar universe-thingy. Ok crap.

Anyways, I've subscribed to National Geographic!

The only other magazine I've subscribed to is FiRST, the movie magazine, and I read i-weekly and 8-days every week, so I reckoned I needed more substance to neutralize the trash I read.

Plus I love the pictures inside National Geographic, it always reminds me of how amazing Mother Nature is, and it always reminds me not to eat sharks' fin.

I guess everyone needs to be reminded of how small we really are in front of, say, nature. We are so small.

We can't destroy planet Earth, contrary to popular beliefs.

Millions and gazillions of years later the Earth would still be here, but I can't say the same for the human race.

After the ozone layer has been depleted the Earth would still be around.

LiveEarth, recycling, etc, we're actually doing it for ourselves and nobody else.

Human beings are fundamentally and quinessentially selfish.

On no grounds should we drag other animals towards extinction as well, but that's what we did, and are still doing.

I am carnivourous in nature and I use electricity everyday.

No one is spared from being part of this huge plan towards our own annihilation.

And no one will be forgiven.
